General Information
Opening Hours
- Compound: opens daily at 6am and will normally close at 11pm
- Office: open 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday. It is closed Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Membership Services: open 8am to 10pm daily.
- The Churchill Bar: open 10am to 11pm daily (last food orders 10.30pm).
- The Verandah: open 10am to 11pm daily (last food orders 10.30pm).
- Poolside Salas: open at 7.30am and close at 10pm.
- Fitness Centre: open at 6am and close at 9pm on weekdays and 10pm at weekends
Entry To The Club
- Absent members: should proceed to Membership Services in the Clubhouse to receive a temporary card for use while visiting. Absent Member cards cannot be used to order F&B. Payment must be by credit card. No cash allowed.
- Reciprocal Club members: should, upon entering for the first time, enter by the Silom Gate and proceed to Membership Services in the Clubhouse for registration. Payment must be by credit card. No cash allowed.
- Guests: must be pre-registered with the Club and may only enter by the Silom Gate. Guests arriving ahead of members should proceed to Membership Services in the Clubhouse and then wait in the Lobby for the member to arrive. Guests may not order goods & services. F&B cannot be served without a member present.
- Maids/Drivers/Carers:
a) Secondary carers (maids, nannies, nurses, au pairs, child carers etc.) may only enter the premises with the member or member’s spouse and may not remain on the premises once the member and/or member’s spouse have departed.
b) Members should pre-register their drivers by use of the Driver Registration Form available at Membership Services. The driver will then be issued with a card that must be shown at the Security gate on entering the Club when the member is not present.
Dress Code
- The Churchill Bar: smart casual at all times. Men's singlets and soiled sports clothes may not be worn at any time.
- Sports courts: sportswear appropriate to the sport must be worn.
- Swimwear: should not be worn in the clubhouse.
Settlement Of Accounts
- NO CASH: Cash is not accepted as payment for any goods or services, including F&B, monthly subscriptions, event bookings etc.
- Members: are required to settle your account by direct debit or cheque each month.
- Absent and Reciprocal Club Members: are required to settle your account by credit card at the end of each day.
Use Of Mobile Phones/VOIP
- The use of Mobile phones, Pagers and VOIP (Voice Over the Internet Protocol) is not permitted in The Churchill Bar, the inside areas of The Verandah or in any of the sports playing areas.
Smoking
- Smoking is not permitted in the Clubhouse, Churchill Bar and Verandah. In addition smoking is not permitted in the following areas: around the children’s swimming pool, in the children’s playground, in any toilet or changing room, in the massage room, in the fitness centre, close to any food preparation area, on any playing court. Members who do smoke are asked to be considerate to non-smokers and pay particular regard to the proximity of children.
Gambling
- Betting and gambling for money is strictly prohibited on the Club premises.
Guest Rules
- Members and reciprocal club members may bring up to three guests in at any one time and guest names should be registered in the books provided.
- Guests may not use sports facilities at any time without prior management approval.
- Guests may not use Poolside at weekends, or public holidays, without prior management approval.
Bicycles Etc.
- The use on Club premises of roller blades, roller skates, scooters, skateboards and bicycles is strictly prohibited.
Children
- The behaviour of children on the Club premises is the responsibility of the Member or parent accompanying such children. Children must not be left unsupervised.
- No one under 18 years of age may consume alcohol nor be admitted into The Churchill Bar.
- Children under 14 years may not use the Club unattended by an adult.
- There are additional restrictions on use of Fitness Centre and Snooker Room.
