Neil grew up in Wimbledon, London, and lived in the UK until 1995, when he moved overseas for work. He and his wife, Raquel, relocated to Thailand in 2002, where two of their three children were later born. They joined the British Club Bangkok within a year of arriving—initially drawn by Neil’s interest in squash and Raquel’s desire to learn tennis—and it quickly became a central part of family life for evenings and weekends.

A Chartered Civil Engineer by background, Neil now works in a senior management role for a Thai company operating one of the country’s largest fabrication yards. He remains an active member of the Club’s squash community and can still be found around the Club several times a week.
